To use Ann Clark Premium Fondant, simply remove from packaging and knead on a board lightly dusted with corn starch. This prevents the fondant from sticking. Knead for a few minutes, until the fondant is pliable and the consistency of soft modelling clay. Use to wrap a cake, to create decorations for cupcakes, or for decorating sugar cookies. If colored fondant is desired, simply add a drop or two of Ann Clark Gel Food Coloring before kneading, and knead until the color is fully distributed.
