Directions
Bake your cookies. Ensure that the cookies are fully cooled before decorating.
Using toothpaste-consistency royal icing (outline consistency), outline the full shape of the heart.
Using flood-consistency royal icing (roughly the consistency of shampoo), flood the inside of the heart shape. Wait 45-60 minutes until the icing is just crusting over before moving on to the next step.
