Vanilla Bean Doughnut Glaze

This recipe is perfect for glazing doughnuts made with Ann Clark Yeast Risen Doughnut Mix.

Ingredients

8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter

½ cup whole milk

4 cups (1 pound) powdered sugar

1 tablespoon Ann Clark Vanilla Bean Paste or Flavoring

1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Heat butter and milk on high heat until just boiling, in a small saucepan.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt to a large bowl.
Whisk hot milk mixture into the powdered sugar, until smooth.
Glaze both sides of the donut while the doughnut is still warm.
