- Ann Clark Belgian Waffles
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1We'll be using the Belgian Waffle recipe to create these autumnal pumpkin spice waffles.
- 2 Add your dry ingredients to a bowl, including the 1 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
- 3 Make a well in the dry ingredients, and add your eggs, oil, and water to this well, along with 1/2 cup pumpkin puree.
- 4 Mix, leaving some clumps in the batter. Not overmixing results in light, crispy waffles.
- 5 Heat your waffle iron to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes as the waffle iron heats.
- 6 Cook the waffles until they are golden brown, and garnish with your favorite toppings. We love toasted pecans, maple syrup, and whipped cream on these decadent waffles.
