No Chill Sugar Cookies
This recipe is effortless and easy because you don’t have to chill the dough before baking and the cookies still hold their shape. Just simply make the roll out on a floured surface or between two pieces of parchment paper. The key is to just slightly soften your butter so dough remains slightly firm to roll out.

-
4
Sift flour, powder and salt onto a piece of parchment.
-
5
Add flour mixture to the stand mixing bowl and mix until just incorporated.
-
6
Turn out onto a floured surface and roll to ¼-inch thickness with a rolling pin, cut the cookies with desired cookie cutter and place on prepared sheets.
-
7
Bake in preheated oven, until just golden on bottom and edges, about 8 minutes.
Notes & Tips:
- For rolling dough between parchment: Place two equal-sized sheets of parchment paper underneath and above the dough, making a kind of dough sandwich. Then roll out with your rolling pin, keeping the dough sandwiched between the two parchment sheets. Once it has been rolled to the desired thickness, cut out cookies using your Ann Clark cookie cutters.
