Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 3 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
Melt butter, mix with confectioners' sugar, lime juice and salt, stir until smooth. To make lemon icing, substitute lemon juice for lime juice.
This icing looks great when tinted with Leaf Green or Lemon Yellow food coloring.
