Crispy Rice Cut-Outs

If you like, you can substitute 10oz (about 2 cups) marshmallow creme (Fluff) for the marshmallows.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 15 ounces Marshmallows
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 8 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
Directions
- An easy and effective way to flatten the rice mixture is to cover it with a sheet of parchment, waxed paper, or plastic wrap on top, then place a second sheet pan on top and press down on it.
Melt in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently:
Unsalted butter
Marshmallows
SaltRemove from heat, then add and stir in:
Vanilla
Crisp rice cereal- Turn out onto a 12 by 18-inch sheet pan that has been greased and lined with parchment or waxed paper. Press into an even layer (see note). Let cool and set at least 30 minutes, then cut into shapes and decorate.

Lightly sweetened low-fat cream cheese
Raisins and other dried fruit

Licorice strings
Nonpareils
