Ingredients
-
¼ cup Ann Clark Instant Green Royal icing
-
24 peanut butter cups, mini sized
-
12 peanut butter cups, full sized
-
12 Hershey kisses, milk chocolate
-
2 tablespoons Ann Clark Sparkling Decorating Sugar
-
2 tablespoons Ann Clark Red Sanding sugar
-
12 each gold star sprinkles (optional)
-
Confectioners' sugar, for dusting (optional)
Directions
Put royal icing into a small piping bag.
Unwrap all peanut butter cups (mini and full sized) and kisses.
Flip over 12 mini peanut butter cups and place on a parchment lined large baking sheet.
Pipe a small amount of royal icing onto the bottom of 12 mini peanut butter cups.
Place one upside down large peanut butter cups onto each of the 12 mini peanut butter cups, pressing gently into the royal icing on the mini cups.
Top large peanut butter cups with another small drop of royal icing. Arrange an upside down mini peanut butter cup on top.
Place a drop of royal icing on top of the 2nd mini peanut butter cup. Top with a Hershey's kiss.
Pipe royal Icing around trees to make garlands.
Working quickly, top with Ann Clark Decorating Sugar and Red Sanding sugar, while the royal icing is wet.
Add frosting to top of Hershey's kiss and adhere a gold star, if desired.
Dust with confectioners' sugar (if using) to mimic snow.
