Ingredients

½ cup melted butter

1 ½ cups milk

2 large eggs
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Coat bottom and sides of pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Place the contents of the package into a large bowl.
Stir in milk and eggs, until just combined.
Stir in the butter until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Place in the pre-heated oven. If making muffins, spoon about ⅓ up of batter into each muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes. If baking in an 8” x 8” pan, bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean in the center and the edges are golden.
Cool on a wire rack, about 10 minutes.

Notes & Tips:
- Fill muffin cups evenly, about 1/3 cup each
- For softer muffins, line muffin tins with paper baking cups
- For crispier muffins, spray muffin cups with pan spray
