Ann Clark small-batch Buttermilk Pancake Mix makes hearty, fluffy pancakes perfect for topping with maple syrup.

Directions
Measure dry mix into a large bowl according to the chart on the back of the bag.
Gently whisk in water, eggs, and melted butter into the large bowl, until just smooth.
Allow batter to set for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
Meanwhile, pre-heat griddle or large skillet, on medium.
Pour about ¼ cup batter onto the pre-heated and lightly greased griddle, until bubbles on the top form; flip and cook, about 3-5 minutes total.
Serve warm and with desired toppings.
