Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

2. Spray pans with baking spray and line with parchment (if desired). 

3. Whisk eggs, milk, and oil, until well blended, in a medium bowl.

4. Place the contents of the dry cake mix packet into a large bowl.

5. Stir the egg mixture into the dry mixture in the large bowl, until just combined. 

6. Di Direction Divide the batter evenly in the prepared pans, smoothing the tops with a spatula.

7. Bake in pre-heated oven until a toothpick or knife inserted into the center comes out clean. 

   8” Cakes — 25-30 minutes
   9” Cakes — 20-25 minutes
   9” x 13” Cake — 27-32 minutes
   26-28 cupcakes — 20-23 minutes

8. Cool cakes in pans for 10-15 minutes on a cooling rack.

9. Remove from pans by sliding a knife around the edge of the pan and inverting the cake onto a cooling rack and removing pan and parchment (if used).  Cool on wire rack until completely cool, about 2 hours.
