½ cup Barr Hill Raw Honey

½ cup Softened Butter

½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 750ml bottle Tom Cat Gin
Directions
Whip ingredients together until combined.
Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Freeze overnight. Filter and strain through a coffee filter. Enjoy!
