Our goal is to ship fast enough to meet your needs.
- Order by 5:30 PM and your order will ship the next day.
- If you need it shipped sooner, please contact us.
- Note: We close on the weekends to make cookies with our families.
- Friday orders will ship on Monday and weekend orders will ship on Tuesday. Again, if you need it faster, please contact us.
We ship First Class Mail. If you would like it shipped via UPS or FedEx, please contact us.

Return/Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted for items damaged in shipping only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within two (2) business days of the receipt of our order to obtain a return authorization and any additional instructions. Returns made without authorization will not be accepted.
We will either refund the cost of item or send you a new, replacement item. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If your purchased your items during a “free freight” special, the cost of freight will be deducted from your final refund amount.
All sales are final. Exchanges for new products are not accepted.
Backorders: All backordered items are automatically canceled.
